At ZüpMed, our commitment to personalized, concierge-style medical care continues to grow. We’re expanding our space as well as our services to bring you more access, more convenience, and more ways to stay well.
Our goal has always been to deliver convenient, compassionate, and comprehensive care that puts you at the center. We’re excited to introduce a new membership model that makes your care more personalized and more aligned with the way you prefer to use our services.
What's Changing - and Why
In the past, our membership pricing was based on age. But we’ve learned that how you use care (not your birthday) is what truly matters.
So, to better address the needs of every patient, we’re moving to a simplied two-tiered membership model beginning in January 2026, allowing you to choose the level of care that best ts your personal lifestyle and health goals.
Your New Membership Options
1. Urgent Care Membership - $99/month
Perfect for individuals who want convenient, on-demand access to care when they need it most. Includes:
• Unlimited urgent care visits and telehealth access
• Same-day or next-day appointments with a Nurse Practitioner
• Annual wellness vaccinations
• Member-only pricing for retail and pharmacy purchases
The Urgent Care Membership ensures that you always have fast, affordable care, when you need it, and always without hidden costs or surprise bills.
2. Comprehensive Health Membership - $149/month
Ideal for individuals who want both urgent and ongoing care with proactive wellness support.
Includes all the benets of Urgent Care Membership, plus:
• Ongoing management of chronic conditions
• Annual physical exam with a nurse practitioner or physician of your choice
• School and pre-operative physicals
• Weight loss supervision
• A dedicated Health Ambassador to coordinate your care
This plan delivers the highest level of convenience and continuity, helping you get well and stay well.

What this Means for You
As part of our program expansion, all current ZüpMed Members will automatically transition to the Urgent Care Membership on January 1, 2026.
You’ll continue to enjoy the same convenient access and personalized care you already value – plus added benefits.
If you’d like to upgrade to the Comprehensive Health Membership, we’ll be happy to help you make that transition.
If you upgrade to the Comprehensive Health Membership before January 1, 2026, we’ll lock in your current membership rate for the first three months.
